Nigel Odell is the CEO of Clock End Films. He began his career in London where he produced a number of award winning shorts at the National Film & TV School, corporate & music videos and his first feature Funny Man with the late Christopher Lee.
In 1998 he co-founded Melbourne based Instinct Entertainment where he produced features Muggers, Till Human Voices Wake Us, Strange Bedfellows & Torn. During his time at Instinct he was also a member of Film Victoria’s Evaluation Advisory Committee and served two terms on the Screen Producers Australia Council
In 2006 he became Australian Head of Production and Acquisitions at LA based Arclight Films where he produced Long Weekend. In 2010 he joined the University of Melbourne’s Victorian College of the Arts to run the Producer Post Graduate Diploma Course.
In 2012 Nigel recommenced production activities with Cliffy, a telemovie for the ABC. He then Executive Produced two seasons of Hoges: One Night Only, a nationwide one man show with Paul Hogan as well as being an Executive Producer at Melbourne based TVC production company Crank Films. In 2018 he produced The Very Excellent Mr Dundee with Paul Hogan. He is currently running a development slate of a dozen films and TV projects.
Amanda Turnbull is an experienced media professional with a passion for storytelling, meaningful collaboration and making things happen. Over the past 15+ years Amanda has worked across content production, communications and community engagement, holding roles in broadcasting, education, international development, government and the not-for-profit sector.
Whether producing television content, managing digital campaigns, coordinating events, or leading communications projects, Amanda brings a blend of creativity and strategic thinking to everything she does – along with strong writing and project management skills. Amanda’s experience as a board member and in senior advisory roles, combined with her qualifications in Media and Communications, Producing for Film and Television, plus International and Community Development, means she is at her best when helping ideas to take shape, connect with the right audience and have an impact.
Jenna Cosgrove is an award-winning screenwriter and director represented by Circle of Confusion in the U.S., who also rep such creatives as The Wachowskis (The Matrix) and Joe Robert Cole (Black Panther).
Jenna has written and directed several shorts, including her most recent sci-fi thriller, STREAM, which premiered at the Oscar-qualifying Flickerfest, and a sci-fi web series that starred TV legend Gary Sweet and was funded by Screen Australia’s online fund.
Jenna has been mentored by Tom Benedek, the writer of the Oscar-winning sci-fi classic COCOON, directed by Ron Howard. She has also worked with Stephen Corvini, Emmy-winning producer of SBS’s SAFE HARBOUR, on development of a genre series.
As a marketer and branded content specialist, she has directed and written content for brands such as Hermes Paris and Alabama Blonde, and directed the documentary series MASTERS AT WORK, which premiered on Virgin Australia.
Jenna has been funded by VicScreen and the ABC and also serves as a judge for film and screenwriting competitions, including the Austin Film Festival and Flickerfest Film Festival. She studied screenwriting at RMIT, where she received the VicScreen award for Most Accomplished Graduating Student.
